There is no contact form on this site. A form that posts to nothing looks like a working channel and is not one, so we publish the address instead and state how long a reply takes.

New enquiries
Worth including: the question you want answered, what decision hangs on it, and when you need to know. A specification is not required. A paragraph is enough for us to tell you whether we are the right people, and if we are not we will say so in the reply.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time. Messages sent outside those hours are read on the next working day.
Data protection requests

This covers any UK GDPR right: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. We respond substantively within one calendar month of receiving a request we can verify. The full procedure, including how identity is verified and the narrow grounds on which a request can be refused, is in the privacy notice.
Reporting a security issue

If you have found a vulnerability in something we operate, tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty and will not pretend otherwise. We will acknowledge the report, tell you what we did about it, and credit you if you want to be credited.

This is the company's registered office address as filed at Companies House. It is a registered office service, not a place of work, and it does not receive visitors. Post is forwarded rather than opened on arrival, so allow additional time. Anything time sensitive should go by email.
Listing a channel nobody is watching is worse than admitting there is only one.
No telephone line
The company does not currently publish a telephone number, because there is no line that would be answered reliably during the hours a published number implies. If a call is the right format for your question, ask by email and we will arrange one.
No live chat
There is no chat widget on this site and no bot behind one. It would also mean loading third party script onto a site that currently loads none.
No social media accounts
Umzi Labs operates no social media profiles. If you find an account using this company's name, it is not ours, and we would be glad to hear about it by email.

A form needs somewhere to post to. This is a static site with no backend, so a form here would either fail silently or route through a third party processor. Neither is better than an email address.

What happens after you email
No funnel- You get a written reply from a person within two working days. Not an autoresponder, and not a calendar link.
- If the question is outside what we can do well, the reply says so and, where we can, points you somewhere more useful.
- If it is a fit, the reply proposes a first conversation and says what we would want to cover in it.
- You are not added to a mailing list. We do not operate one, and nothing on this site subscribes you to anything.
- Nothing is chased. If you do not reply, that is the end of it and there is no follow up sequence.
